RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love your new item(s), but in the case that you don’t, we want our customers to be completely satisfied!
We offer store credit only, minus shipping costs– no refunds.

We must receive items back in our hands within 10 days of confirmed delivery to you. Returned items need to be shipped to:

You will receive store credit ONLY. Store credit will be offered in the form of a gift card sent via email. NO CASH/CARD RETURNS.
All items must be returned in original condition- all tags MUST be attached, & items MUST be free from stains & smells- unworn & unwashed.

- We are not responsible for lost packages being sent back to us - we recommend you insure the package you are returning.
We offer free local deliveries (Brazoria County.) All deliveries and/or packages will be prepared and sent for delivery within 3 days. If you have a question about your order or need to make changes during this time, please send us a message on Facebook (@TexasHighCotton) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All mailed packages are sent Priority Mail (1-3 days) and come with tracking. Once tracking shows the package has been delivered we are no longer responsible for it. If you do not receive your order, contact USPS. Shipments are not insured.
